If you do not have your logos/images in the formats that we accept or if you do not have knowledge in DTP, you can send us a simple image of your model, but preferably the clearest possible (the best possible resolution). Our computer graphics experts can make a recomposition for you (logo, creation, text).

1. Specificities for flexo printing

Ideal for simple logo printing (maximum of 2 distinct colours, not superimposed, and preferably not graded) Flexographic printing is generally used for envelopes for automatic enveloping and return envelopes.

Main conditions :

  • Quantity : More than 1 million U.
  • Colors : Maximum 2 colors (distinct, preferably not gradient).
  • Document format : Vectorized image.

2. Special features of offset printing

Offset printing is a modern printing technique recommended for its printing quality.

Today, offset printing is one of the most widespread printing processes thanks to its flexibility and diversity of use. Indeed, offset printing is profitable from 5000U to several hundred thousand copies. Beyond that, flexo printing is preferred.

Advantages of offset printing
  • The main advantage of offset printing is to provide better quality products than digital printing at a relatively low cost.
  • It allows you to print your documents on all types of envelopes or pockets (including products with PVC film windows).

Main conditions :

  • Quantity : From 5000U to 1 million U.
  • Colors : Maximum 2 Colors
  • Document format: vectorized image.

Offset printing of more than 2 colours is possible depending on the quantity (see with the sales department).

3. Specificities for digital printing

Digital printing offers many advantages: short lead times, printing of small quantities, pre-production and reprinting possibilities, personalisation of documents (mailing, versioning, etc.).

Even if the quality of digital printing is slightly lower than offset printing, this technology allows you to print all your documents (except products with PVC film windows).

Unlike offset printing which requires vectorized images in CMYK, digital printing requires RGB images. The recommended resolution for a good digital print is 300 dpi.

Main conditions :

  • Quantity : From 500 U to 5000 U,.
  • Colors : No limit .
  • Document format: text or image document.
